Our Rates and How We Work
* We offer a free 30 minute initial consultation
* We provide a Statement of Work/Service Agreement clarifying what we will be doing for you. We then send your first invoice via email once you have agreed to, and signed, the Service Agreement.
* We charge $45 an hour and require payment before beginning work on your Real Estate website.
* We bill out in 10, 15 or 20 hour segments.
* We provide PayPal online payment method using credit card, or you may pay by check and send to our mailbox.
* On-going we send out invoices during the last 2 hour of the invoice.
* We work with state of the art time tracking software and provide details of what we did for you and how long it took.
* We bill a minimum of 6 minutes for any action we take on your account (most VA's charge 15 minutes per action!) We bill for phone calls and emails that pertain to your business and website.
We work with you to make sure that you are comfortable with the pace and amount of work we are doing so that your budget is met.
